Senior Game Systems Designer (RnD)

Being one step ahead and reacting to the market demands is one of our main missions. Our RnD team is currently looking for an experienced Game Systems Designer. This specialist will be responsible for the development of key game systems, including core, meta, progression and monetization, and will make a significant contribution to the creation of a new midcore game.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Development of a midcore mobile game from the stage of quick searches for core gameplay to production, launch and operation.

• Formation and balancing of combat and meta systems, progression and monetization.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Formation from scratch or experience in improving balance systems of successful midcore or hardcore games

• At least 3 years of experience as a game designer

• Deep understanding of system design and balance

• Flexibility and speed in approaching development

• Passion for games and game design

• Immersion in the modern midcore mobile market would be an advantage.
