What are you working on?
  • The name of the project(s): Community manager
  • Genres: Strategy, Card and/or Board

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Responsible for the engagement and sentiment of the project and brand community.

  • Plan, schedule and execute activities and initiatives for the community for positive community engagements and sentiment.

  • Coordinate and manage community managers / mods team schedules for consistent presence on social channels.

  • Maintain and communicate to followers and community members through social networks and maintain engagement through those channels.

  • Sync with product and management on project and company updates and communicate it externally.

  • Summaries and relay community feedback and issues to relevant internal stakeholders in a timely manner.

  • Develop and implement crisis communication and management where required.

  • To support professional and efficient engagement with the community and positive brand reputation.

  • Manage and escalate or respond to customer issues/support requests and tickets in a professional and collaborative manner.

  • Analyze and report on engagement and sentiment metrics.

  • Support the development of player-facing resources and content to enhance and deepen the player experience.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • You’ve got a solid 3+ years of experience in community management, ideally within the Web 3

  • Know the cryptocurrencies and NFTs industry

  • Strong understanding of customer success and user retention strategies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • KPI and performance measuring oriented

  • Familiar with X, telegram, discord and other social networks engagement features

  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Passion for the Web3 ecosystem and a deep understanding of its trends and developments
